A MEDICAL REGIMEN
What is this article about?
The author of this note has compiled a health regimen after extensive research and inputs obtained from experts, scientists and medical practitioners of different systems, in various countries, and from eminent medical practitioners of conventional as well as alternative therapies. This regimen, if followed closely, can help maintain long-lasting health.
Background
The basic, tissue cells of the body perform two important functions. First, they remove toxins with liberal supply of Oxygen; and secondly, they don't allow the disease causing organisms to survive.
The secret of good health and disease-free life is to create conditions in your body that enables a liberal supply of oxygen reach the tissue cells directly.
It is recommended that the proposed regimen is combined with consumption of certain healthy food items that have been popular in various parts of the world throughout the ages. These food items have well-known health benefits and are without any serious side-effects. Some of these items are natives of particular areas of the world like the hills of Amazon rain forests where these have been consumed for centuries. Recent findings have revealed that usage of these items, particularly unusual mushrooms, graviola and other items protected the native people of these areas from diseases and the so-called incurable diseases such as heart problems, cancer, arthritis, hypertension, diabetes and Alzheimer’s were almost unknown to them.

The miracle formula - A cure for all ailments
1. 2. Massage of almond oil on its own or mixed 50-50 with olive oil, slightly warmed to which a tspf .of Hydrogen Peroxide ( H2O2 ) pharmceutical grade (3-6%) is added and allowed to be absorbed on the entire body, before taking a bath. Note that if a bath is not needed, taking it afterwards is not necessary.Recipe is simple . Make these edible items a part of your regular food intake – Raw cooked or a concoction made by boiling in water. Use them always in moderation. Never consume them excessively to get quicker results.

· Grains: Barley, Fenugreek, Oats, Wheat and Isabghol husk
· Spices: Turmeric, Cinnamon, Black Caraway seeds, Onion, Garlic
· Roots: Purple Sweet Potato, Conjackmannan/Safed Musli, Ginger
· Mushrooms: Shaitake, Maitake, Sun Mushroom (Agricus Blazie), Reishi
· Seeds: Apricot / Peach (not more than seven seeds per day), Flax seeds
· Others: Pure honey, Vinegar (Cedar apple / Jamun), Saffron and Gond, Vitamin B17 capsules, Brewer's Yeast tabletss, Fish oil capsules.
Recipes
Here are some simple recipes using some of the above mentioned ingredients:
1. Cut 2 Okras (ladyfingers) from tip and stem, give an incision in length and keep it in a glass of water overnight and drink the water first thing in the morning. Don't eat or drink for the next 30 minutes. Check the blood sugar in a week or two.
2. Boil a cup each of Wheat flour, Barley flour, Black Caraway seeds (Kalaungi) and Gond (edible gum) in four cups of water till 3 cups are left. Strain and bottle. Take a large spoonful, morning and evening. Check sugar in a couple of weeks.
3. Make a paste of Chilantra (dhanita leaves) 50 grams, Garlic, Ginger, Gooseberry (amla) - 25 grams each - in wet grinder. Add juice of 2 lemons, consume with meals a tablespoonful daily. This is called ‘a poor man’s Chelation" which could be used regularly in place of intravenous injections of EDTA (Ethylene Diamin Tetra Acetic acid) for clearing various organs including the valves and arteries to get rid of accumulated heavy metals and also Calcium which reaches the system due to adulteration and pollution. It takes several months of use to clear plaques.
4. To make Apple Cedar Vinegar, fill a glass bottle with apple juice preferably of juicy apples and those having higher content of sugar i.e., the delicious variety. Put a muslin cloth cover on the bottle top, don't use cap and allow it to ferment for 4-6 weeks in a cool, dry and dark place. Mixing a few drops of Vinegar or a little scum which appears on the top will quicken the completion of the process of fermentation though the spores in the atmosphere will itself do the job. A tablespoon of this Cedar Vinegar with an equal amount of pure honey in a cup of lukewarm water, taken morning and evening, for a couple of months, beside doing lot of other good is reported to have reduced the number (power) of vision glasses and have done wonders to the eye sight.
5. Saurcraut (German name) is simply a Cauliflower Achar though it does not have all the Indian spicy ingredients. To make it at home, take two medium size Cauliflower, finely grate it and put in an open-mouthed glass jar, with layers of rock salt (which is better than the usual refined salt). Cover it with a plate or with the bottom of another cylinder and tie a muslin cloth on top. Keep in a cool dry and dark place for a couple of months. At the end of the process, you can add a little Cinnamon powder, Turmeric powder and Red Chilli powder. This is an excellent Achar to go with the meals with excellent power to fight and prevent cancer, besides something to boost manpower as much as specialised pills hundred times more expensive and often with fatal side effects.

H1N1 flu is about to be upon us and we need to be on top of information regarding it. Here is a comparison to the normal cold symptoms .
Know the Difference between a Cold and H1N1 Flu Symptoms
Symptom
Cold
H1N1 Flu
Fever
Fever is rare with a cold.
Fever is usually present with the flu in up to 80% of all flu cases. A temperature of 100°F or higher for 3 to 4 days is associated with the H1N1 flu.
Coughing
A hacking, productive (mucus- producing) cough is often present with a cold.

Sudden Symptoms
Cold symptoms tend to develop over a few days.
The H1N1 flu has a rapid onset within 3-6 hours. The flu hits hard and includes sudden symptoms like high fever, aches and pains.
Headache
A headache is fairly uncommon with a cold.
A headache is very common with the H1N1 flu, present in 80% of flu cases.
Sore Throat
Sore throat is commonly present with a cold.
Sore throat is not commonly present with the H1N1 flu.
Chest Discomfort
Chest discomfort is mild to moderate with a cold.
Chest discomfort is often severe with the H1N1 flu.

A PHARMACY HAS INFORMED US THAT IF DOCTOR DETECTS H1NI FLU AND PRESCRIBES MEDICATION, THE AMOUNT (EXCEPT FOR DISPENSING FEES) FOR H1N1 FLU WILL BE COVERED BY THE GOVERNMENT. PLEASE CHECK THIS INFO.

It can be difficult to tell the difference between seasonal flu, H1N1 and the common cold. Here are some features you can use to help spot the differences:
Cold
Symptoms include stuffy nose and congestion, and usually last three to five days.
Seasonal flu
Symptoms include dry cough, fever, painful body aches, possible nausea and diarrhea, severe fatigue, respiratory problems and dehydration.
H1N1
Symptoms are the same as the seasonal flu, and just like seasonal flu, young children and those with weakened immune systems may experience more severe illness (pneumonia, respiratory failure and death have been reported).
The major difference between H1N1 and the seasonal flu? The virus that causes H1N1 is quite different from the influenza virus to which many people already have some immune protection, due to prior disease or vaccination. As a result, H1N1 is easier to acquire and may cause more symptoms than would typically be experienced with the seasonal influenza virus.
Remember, the best way to avoid getting the cold and the flu (seasonal and H1N1) is to wash your hands, cover your mouth when coughing or sneezing, and get your seasonal and H1N1 flu vaccinations as soon as they are available.
It is not generally important to specifically determine whether your child has H1N1 or the seasonal flu, but if your child is less than 2 years of age, or in a group that is at increased risk from influenza infections, you should contact your care provider to discuss whether anti-viral treatment may be helpful.
