  OK. You can&#39;t expect the international press to follow Pogorelich on &lt;br&gt; his tour into the depths of Israel, but still you may have a point. &lt;br&gt; One reality check is the page turner. Has anyone ever seen Pogorelich &lt;br&gt; perform a recital with a page turner at his side? In general this is &lt;br&gt; pretty unusual.

  Tom, is French EMI and the British company one and the same? Or are &lt;br&gt; they different companies? Could this be why a big French box has not &lt;br&gt; already been released? (I would think Francois would get the &#39;kitchen &lt;br&gt; sink&#39; treatment before, say, Ciccolini.)
