Hello Rashmi...
As far as I know, there is no class in Pune for Flex 3. Get the docs
from Adobe.com and the book 'Flex 3 for Dummies', its posted as pdf over
there.. it'll give you a nice start. Also check out the tutorials on
Lynda.com. They're all videos which'll explain a lotsa things clearly. I
consider them the best for learning Flex 3. I learned whatever I know form
these resources...

You can mail me for more help and resources. As I learned Flex 3 by myself,
I think I can help you if you want to learn more in Flex 3.
