Exp : 8 – 15 yrs

Location : Dubai

Qualification : B.E/B.Tech/MCA

Skillset :

8-15 yr yrs of IT experience with atleast 7yrs as a Project Manager working
on banking web based technology.

Thorough expertise of WebSphere business integration family of products like
WebSphere Message Broker, WebSphere MQ and WebSphere Application Server.
This expertise should be complimented by your expertise in various web
application architecture using Java technologies (J2EE, Struts, JDBC,
Servlet, RMI, JSP).

Sound technical knowledge in OOAD and integration methodology like SOA /
Enterprise Service bus / Business integration is essential. Hands-on
experience in Crystal Reports / Business Objects is desirable. This bank has
a hybrid setup, with Windows, AS400, and UNIX OS. Therefore you should be
familiar with Legacy as well as the Windows / UNIX OS.

Experience in Banking Industry or worked on Banking Projects is mandatory

PMP will be an advantage .

Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills

Job Description:

The Role of this position would be to lead design and development of
the Company. in following   areas.

·         Oversee the architecture, design and development of modules.

·         Review the software designs and code

·         Interact with Product management and QA teams across multiple
geographies.

·         Scope the development deliverables.

·         Identify and manage project risks

·         Develop project plan

·         Monitor Tasks and Quality of Work

·         Identify resource requirements

·         Review of Performance

·         Mentor people to perform better
·         To be hands on person.
