No.i haven't got my acknowledgement card. I too have mailed many if
they have received the acknowledgement card. Most of them replied that
it is not a problem.Eventhough wwe don't receive an acknowledgement
card,we receive the hall ticket,they said.

I would suggest you to join some coaching center, It will hep you to be
updated about the exam and also will give you chance to interact with other
aspirants and be motivated.

i think parallel preparation would do..
yaa.. preparing for this should not affect engg..
if we have aspired to become something like this,then we should risk a
little..
so if we prepare at par with the engg..
it makes easier,and much efficient i guess..
thats my opinion..
but varies with diverisity..

Hi Sindhu,
I suggest you go for option 1 (Prepare full time after engg) better start
now only , you will have lot of free time during engg.
I am working now and find it very difficult to balance work with study.

I'm doing my BE 3rd yr right now..... Can anyone guide me whether i should
prepare full time after my engineering for UPSC exams or to tak up a job for
few years and then give my UPSC exams later??????????? My goal is to become
