Taranum, could this be automated in our new web site - send out a welcome
email to newly registered members?

new joinees - Why not frame a welcome mail for all new joinees which will be
sent by default when their membership is approved.

Vivek, the FAQ google doc is placed under our domain “chennaitrekkers.org”. It might be better if you can put it under regular google docs so more people have access to it and can complete it.
